You are now set to shop and order from us by clicking the menu
category buttons at left. These form fields below will also be at
the bottom of all the pages, and you will build your order by typing
quantities, items and any special instructions in them. One good way to do it is to click and drag across the menu
pages in your web browser, select the item you want so it is highlighted,
copy it (Control-C on a Windows PC) and paste it into the order
box (Control-V).
Please be sure to tell us when you want to get the order -- many people will use this form to request orders days in advance.
On the page where you give us your contact info and send the order,
at the bottom there is a field titled "Time you want order
/ any special instructions." Please let us know there when the order
is for, whether it is right away or for later, and any other needed details, like whether your order is part of a larger business or organization orders.
You will get a confirmation e-mail after you place your order,
but you also need to get a confirmation phone call from us. We will always call to confirm that you have placed an order. If your order is for right away, you should hear from us within 10 or 15 minutes to get the total and make sure it is for delivery or pickup. If it is an advance order, we will call sometime later before we prepare it. Don't hesitate to give us a call at 443-5680 or e-mail orders@bertanderniesofhelena.com to make sure we have your order or with any questions.
Let us know if you have any problems. Don't change the order number. You do not pay for orders through this site with a credit card
or any other means of payment. This site only takes orders, it does
not settle bills. You will do that when you get the order.
Webmaster's note: The B&E order routine was broken for a while in the summer of 2005. (It happened while installing security upgrades -- sorry!) It is fixed and in good order now. If you had trouble, we apologize. Come on back and order -- the food is better than ever!
